I deal with dozens of subbys and I know who I want to do business with and who I dont.

If I remember last time it was just  a couple of jobs and I thought you weren't that interested, also wasn't worth you driving from Plymouth to another town 30 miles away for a few quid.

As I told you at the time we already cover work in Torbay, that's why I agreed to look at the work you mentioned and price it up; I wouldn't have bothered otherwise.

I did what I said I would do and you didn't even have the good manners to get back to me; even a " No thank you " would have been nice mate but nothing

So, before you decide what's good for my business and whether or not it's too far for me to travel perhaps it'd be a good idea to think about how you do business with other cleaning firms; politeness costs nothing David and can get you a long way.

If I failed to get back to you then it was a genuine mistake, and I apologise, if that were the case, I thought I had let it as
