Aqua-Dapter customer service

I bought an aqua-dapter a while back, which one of our lads broke.

I liked the concept of the aquadapter but decided not to proceed with fitting them to all the poles due to longevity issues.

Having posted my thoughts on here Aqua-Dapter contacted me and asked me to send the damaged part back to them which I did.

Aquadapter have now sent me back an improved replacement which certainly appears sturdier and I will be trying it out in the next few days.

In this climate of suppliers blaming you for problems you encounter with their product and not honouring warranties I would just like to highlight what a pleasure it has been dealing with Aqua-Dapter.

At no point did they attach a clearly unworkable guarantee to their product yet they replaced it with an improved product without me even asking for them to do so.

Glad we were able to help you out with this.

We're committed to backing up sales of the Aqua-dapter with excellent Customer Service.  We're interested in hearing (and seeing in the case of returns) all feedback so that we can continue to improve the product and provide the best advice in terms of care and usage instructions.

Many of the improvements incorporated in the new Aqua-dapter Mk2 have been the direct result of customer feedback, so we hope you'll enjoy using the new version.
