Calling all rotary lovers.....

Having shopped around online for bonnet mops, there appear to be various grades of quality at many different prices from a wide range of suppliers.

What do you recommend as I am a rotary virgin and don't know what is best. I have 400mm machine.

If you want traditional style bonnets, I'd recommend these ones from John at CareCleanUK, at £16+VAT each:-

http://www.carecleanuk.com/shop/products/17_FT_-Carpet-Bonnet.html

These Microfibres types are always on sale on eBay and are actually pretty good:-

If you want strong agitation, you can't go wrong with the XR Grey Pad from SolutionUK, but they are expensive at £35 each:-

Restormate also do a really good Heavy Duty (agitating) pad, at £30+VAT:-

It may surprise some people to learn that one of the lowest cost standard pads on the market is still the Dry Fusion 'standard' pad (which I have 35 of!).   But you cannot buy or order these unless you are a Dry Fusion licenced operator:-

I use and always have used texatherem cotton pads you might pay a bit more but in the long run its worth it..

They wash really good, dont shed either on the job too and will last a long time if there looked after..

Good informative post!

The other option is to make your own, see the towels thread. 8)

It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

Dave

That's exactly the kind of input I was looking for.

Thanks for that!
