ok.. yesterday i placed a small order with purefreedom as i have done many times as being only 30ish miles away. i was told it would be delivered today so got my other half to wait in for it. as its not turned up so far today i gave them a ring to check everything was ok. was told first told it was not on there system. then was told they had found it under a different name . they said it was planned to be delivered today between 15.30. and 17.30 ish and was told not to miss it as it would not be left. so i said thats not a problem as there has been somebody waiting in all day.... and thats where the trouble started.....the female receptionist started telling me i had a bad attitude and that is was nothing to do with her as she was not at work yesterday. then she continued to talk over me untill i hung up the phone.. well if thats there take on customer service they can stick it. i wont be placing anymore orders with them. i have spent well over £1k with them in past but not one penny more will i give them now..
We have purchased a lot of equipment from Pure Freedoom we find them very cost effective and knowledgeable and the lady is very cold and abrupt but that doesn't mean they do not get things wrong. I always think if you do not tell them how will they get a chance to rectify the customers complaint if one of your customers just said i wont spend anymore money with you how would you feel, the guy who owns the company might not know about the rude employee. On another note just so you know we all problems with a company in the North West last March 2010 we purchased 4 aluminum poles which are supposedly covered by a 3 year warranty. They wont honor the warranty now thats something to be upset about not some snotty receptionist who was having a bad day, i do understand your frustrations but is she worth getting upset about. NO.
