Do you treat this type of job has a new clean with the length of time between each clean?

I have one job like this - it is a school. I would view it as a new clean if it was domestic.
It's a game of three halves!

I charge double my normal rate.  They pay less per annum and are happy.

I have a few. Just treat them as a first clean each time. I quite like having jobs like these, they can be moved around by as much as a month, without moaning. And they usually pay well.
if it is dirty it is fair game
