What's the difference between a 300gpd RO system like the one pf sell, and a 40/40 static ro system? Can anyone explain how a 40/40 works for me and the running costs between the two? Cheers

The 40/40 RO membrane will out perform the smaller ones for speed of water production, but beware .....the 40/40 membranes require excellent water pressure, even the 'low pressure' ones. The smaller 300gpd and Merlin systems will mostly operate fine from tap pressure, indeed they are designed to do so.

I thought the 300gpd systems worked better with a booster pump too?
