Need some help please, Ive bought an esr16 backpack from john hewitt but didnt specify a connection type. Ive got a gardiner clx pole with a male hozelock fitting. The problem is the pipe diameters on the pole and the backpack seem to be different so I guess I need a female hozelock connector to fit the backpack hose? Anyone know where to get one / different solution as john hewitt doesnt respond to my emails, thanks

try gardiners in  the morning,  or a local window cleaning suppliers to you

Before ringing Gardiners i would give John a ring, hes a nice bloke and will sort you out, i bet any money he has the fitting you need
