« on: October 16, 2010, 02:26:16 pm »
hi guys

what sort of guiding rules do you use for pricing conservatory ie based on size, expected time to do, or number of windows and frames?
just the outside clean.

also - do you have min price for them?
do you charge double for the inside?

thanks guys all the best

Pure guesswork Mark !!! I've done them for £30, £60 and done them in less than an hour , i've also done them for £100 inside and out and spent three hours (two of us) on them. Also priced £30 and two of us spent nearly two hours !!! All you can do is look, estimate and hope you get it right !!!!

Hello Mark,

I do a lot of conservatory roof cleans and full detailed cleans.

The average price for a full conservatory clean on the outside is usually priced at £120.00 as it usually takes half a day to do, although that is for a standard clean on.  If you were to do it as an extreme clean, then you would be talking twice as much in price as you would be using conservatory roof ladders an doing a full detailed restore of all uPVC.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards.
