When applying for tenders with the local council etc, what qualifications do you need to have ( IOSH etc ) before you are allowed to submit.

u need your face to fit and if it doesnt then u havent got a chance in hell,   because no matter what u r members of u can guarantee u need to have something else,  save ur money and stick to domestic
