im starting to get peed off some days with 30m of 5 mm hose.God knows how id go on with 100m of the stuff!! ::) ;D ;D ;D ;D


ive snagged mine on all of the above today and more!!wheelie bin wheels/corner of a flagstone/pots and stuff.


i awareof the junk in some peoples gardens a lot more now!! ::) ::) ;D ;D ;D ;D

I can do better than that. I connected my hose just so I could walk to the front of my van to wash the screen and managed to tie a knot in my pole hose and microbore at the same time.  >:(

I can beat that was cleaning some windows, women came home 3pm parked car and dived off to pick kids up from school and had parked her front wheels on my hose   :-\

can be a big pain as gardens are getting smaller but more crap going in them - you should give a backpack a try? - just pick it up and off you go - no long annoying hose getting stuck on stuff.

it would prob even speed you up a little, rather than lugging round that stupid 50 litre trolley for cleaning houses.

wear a back pack and spend all weekend in bed with bad back.Keep to a trolley and train your hose to behave  :D and as for ladders did a trad job today and didnt snag me hose once,Hard work on that ladder gonna WFP it next time
20 mins trad a semi
10 mins pole a semi 2 mins sorting out hose

the problem with a backpack would be filling up all the time!i can clean 4-5 houses with a 50L TROLLEY BEFORE HAVING TO CHANGE BARRELS!! ;) ;D ;D


im sticking with the trolley!great bit of kit IMO.

I use a small trolley with 25 ltr containers,i so jobs i leave it at the gate and attach my 30 metre hose,I take it through the house to do back windows with probs These trads forget to mention drag ladders through peoples homes scuffing wall paper and getting stuck in hallways setting ladders on slippery paving slabs,climbing a triple ladder to reach that 40 foot window with your heart in your mouth etc.
Water fed pole every time for me and i put up with the hoses and the extra money in my bank account  ;D

I used to walk dog poo up me ladder rungs.  Nightmare. :P

would never take my ladder through a house :o
never use triple ladders.don't do work that high. :P
