where are you saving the file to? at a guess i'd say picasa is saving the file as a copy in the same folder, or in it's own folder so it doesn't over write the original

I down loaded it again and now it has put an icon on my screen so i can now find it, it comes with a tutorial so i'll read up on how to use it.

all these photo have a big watermark across the middle.

Did you clean it with Nemisis?

I suspect it has continued working, I've seen watermarks disapear before my eyes using that stuff. ;D

 
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.
