Hi Richy
im having the same problems with my machine, what was the problem in the end?
ive replaced a pump that died and the battery, was it the flow control units or wiring/connections?
anyone else had this problem if so how did you resolve it?
thanks!

I had a pump which I had a few problems with, but I just used to let it run for 20 seconds or so to get the water pumping through it in the morning before I connected it to my 100mtr of microbore hose, then it was fine. Not sure if this is any help, I've never had an expensive system before.. just a pump and a battery!!

Hi Rich.
I know you said you tried the battery but just try starting the van and then try the pumps
also I find that my cold pump will cut off as soon as I disconect the pole where as the hot stays on ok

Rich,
If you let the engine of the van idle, are you still having the same problems with the pumps? If you aren't then the battery is the problem.
It may need to be fully charged as a SCR won't fully charge the second battery if you don't do much mileage. If its showing that it is fully charged but has no capacity then the battery needs to be replaced.
