well if you look at some of the rounds for sale... what they are taking per month.....(VERY LITTLE).....it will give you an idea of some over inflated replies you may get.

But thats not to say all will lie,

but its not a very good idea to post earnings of any kind on any forum imo.

i would charge 10 for a 3 bed semi alot better than the other wc in the area

i would charge for a 3 bedroom semi with a con £15  without £10 and i am in the midlands kingwinford to be exact.

lucky if you get £8 in cornwall, as there are lot of cheap wc down here

its possible to earn £25grand a year sole trader(mainly domestics)but you wont earn that for a while if your starting from scratch.

im working towards 30grand plus a year turnover over the next few years.not a fortune but not bad for a sole trader up north.

i think the average submitted to the taxman is around 17-18grand.

Im same as you mate, £200 a day, £1000 a week, £4000 a month.

yeh but you dont average that out over the year i bet mikecam!!

take off holidays/bad weather days/half days/sick days/lazy "cant be bothered days"/van in the garage days/short winter days.......your overall income will be a lot less!

take expenses off,tax and accountants fees etc and its even less!!


still its better than working for somone else(just!!)

if hes round is worth 4k a month then i would imagine he does hit them figures. he would be mad to let a quality round like that get behind by having cant be bothered days etc.
