whens its raining 3 days a week i dont have much choice although i only work in light rain if its lashing down no chance makes me laugh to think people are sitting in the house when i am out making money

I work up to and including moderate rain. I won't usually work if it's heavy.My take on it is this: You lose far more income by not working in rain than you do by losing the odd customer that won't allow it.
just my humble view here but rain is irrelevant, the only thing that is a problem is wind, wind is the one that blows all sort of cr*p onto the windows not rainand that is trad or wfp
