How'd you do in September?
« on: October 01, 2010, 03:20:20 pm »
Looking back over the last few years September seems to be one of my top two months for turnover - and this year was no different.

I think it is because you don't get extremes of temperature and you've still got the opportunity to work full days - maybe psychologically knowing the weather will deteriorate from now on in makes me put a bit of extra effort in?

How about you?
It's a game of three halves!

Not only was it my best month this year, it was my best month ever.  I didn't have any really spectacularly high earning days.  Indeed, I had a few short days in the month.  But I only had two full days off.  I just did what I do, mostly at a pace I'm OK with, and I did it consistently throughout the month. I'm fine with that for a couple of months or so but I wouldn't want to sustain it.

September is always good because I am catching up after taking time off in August.

September has been excellent work is rolling in at a very good rate.

it seems the 'summer cleaners' are stopping/disapeared so getting a lot of
'do you clean through the winter' enquires and a late surge in facia/conny roof cleans
