I used to send them out about ten years ago, there was quite a lot of footwork as i would stop off at the libary and get the electoral role, you cant to that these days, but ten years ago you could quite easily print off a few dozen names and addresses and hey presto it would make the letters more personal and a bit more apealing

Well Im gonna go with a shortened version of the letters, personalise the letters with owner names if I can get them and give it a shot.  I have read a little more about the objective of the letter which has clarified a few things for me.  Ive nothin to loose and everything to gain from giving it my best shot.

Thanks all again.  I will be back soon with more to talk about Im sure.

I checked here earlier - it was £92 for our area.  Only approx 50% of people are on that edited list though.

Perhaps you are creating work.

What you need is a resident you have been working for

Then you can say she was very pleased with your clean etc and she would like her neighbours to try out your service, hence the free room etc

If you tried 500 without names you could get an idea on the  project

You could deliver about 4 letters by the time you written the name
