Alan, seriously access equipment might be the answer I have a mate who has a 100 metre access machine, it can reach up, accross from a long way off.

If that's one solid structure with no breaks in it then that is one he'll of a job accessing the middle. Is it possible to scaffold and plank?

Thats why i thought there may be a super duper machine to do the job(and this is a small one)

Darren there are flower/plant beds round 3 sides of the building so access equipment is a no no!!
