Anyone clean Preston PR5

I have a small office that needs cleaning every month, external only.

I clean it in 30 minutes, wondered if anyone covers that area and wants to sub it off me.

Let me know what you would charge to clean it, i ve been doing it wfp, but you need small ladder to get window on flat roof
