Great cancellation
« on: September 09, 2010, 08:45:32 am »
Listen to this lol

Ive given my dad some of my round to help me out, hes been doing it about a year now. Had a customer odd one, tops and fronts only, small place, £6.

Dad did them for a while then she asked for tops only. Anyway, last few times shes been ringing me complaining saying shes not happy bla bla bla, couple of times ive just gone back to redo them as takes 2 mins.

So i re did them last time, and dad has done them this month, he goes round to collect...not happy again, they werent re done last time etc, come here and look at this window she says (points to front room windows)...dads like "im not being rude but we dont do that window"...yes you do..."no you asked for tops only" ... oh...

So all this time shes been complaining about a window she asked us not to clean and then she cancelled! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, brilliant

Matt I feel you pain.

I got someone cancel last night that kept me awake all night worring is my business is going to collapse.
it was a front only job priced at £5 someone doing it cheaper at £7.5  for whole house::) I called the lady and said your welcome back anytime to use our services, but had you of asked we would have done the whole house for you, you asked just for front to be cleaned  ::).

people that undercut they make me feel sad knowing they have to work harder  for less money... thinking they are the clever ones   :'(

I had some bloke say to me once, after i had been round to collect about 3 times but missed them every time so i thought ill get it next clean.

"please can you make sure you collect the money in future because when it get to 2 cleans its more money"

Was still £8 x2...there wasnt any interest on it...plonker
