If it's upvc front door then a good all over wash. Wood with a "bullseye" single pane? Rag it.

Really cold winter day? Blade the glass and wipe the rest with an old towel.
It's a game of three halves!

Yes all upvc doors and just the glass on timber doors.
I find this helps justify a decent price

Always do doors and dry off with a scrim as well, as most open inwards and dont want any drips on their carpet while theyre paying me!
Im not scared of heights, just falling from them.

I do all doors, front gate if they have one, garage doors etc. Again its how I can charge just that little bit more and gives the appearance that the whole house has been cleaned!

Do the front door but let the customer know you have done it. When you ring the bell for your money be busy wiping off the door as she opens it. That way she gets to see you have done it.
