Hello everyone I desperately need to know what product upvc cleaning companies use to give that polished finish, I heard it was a type of wax coating to repell water, I already know about the cream cleaners, any help would be great!

I was asked to polish some upvc and was given some turtle wax spray by a customer. She told me that was what she was told to use by her window installers.

I usually use elbow grease, but if I was asked to polish it I would use turtle wax or similar.

Is that car turtle wax or is there a upvc brand wax? Thanks for replying guys.

Standard car turtle wax.

only if you get it on the glass

It's making the frames as shiny as possible that I'm trying to achieve without marking the glass!

Spray it on the cloth and just wipe onto the frames and then buff. No need to spray it onto the frame.

i use a product the same as this , cant rember what its called but this does the same thing - wash and wax all in one

just read the link i gave and it even says its good for upvc - also good for polishing gloss kitchen units ( keeps the girlfriend well happy lol )
