"Can you come back later in the week as youve already been this month", i explained that is because i came last time on the 2nd and its now the 31st so thats 4 weeks , she said i know so can you come back in a few days then when its next month?
ive changed her to 6 weeks and not had a problem since!

well i hate it when u have rang them the evening before to tell themyour coming and when u get there they say can u leave them today please i just think ahh yes of course i can i will be sure to tell my bank manager sorry mate leave the bills today its gonna rain or the wifes got flu they make u laugh! i do the three strikes and your out now and i explain to the customer if they come with an excuse and it seems to have worked but u can tell the genuine 1s.
