leaky hose reel
«

My hose reel is leaking like a motherbitch at the moment probably losing 25% of the water through the connection on the side from the pump hose. i was using draper connections but then swapped for a hoselock one which made it worse. i am using plumbing tape on the thread so its not coming from there but i have no idea where it coming from.
the reel came with a brass male coupling which i didnt use. should i have?

probably comin from the small rubber o ring on the male connector that sticks out os the hose reel. As it spins when you run the hose out it wears out. I need to change mine every couple of months.
