Hi guys, got a new pole a few weeks ago and it used to slide really easy, now after a few weeks it is getting sticky, can i spray it ,or lubricate the sections with anything.
Regards Solly

When I made the change to wfp I did find a sticky pole in which i thought i did, as I found that the inner tube had a slight kink in it that stop the pole from sliding so I changed the inner tubing and it cured the problem and never had one since and now my poles are 4 years old the clamp has to be tighten up as it tends to slip.
And the both problems was on my 42 footer pole my 18 footer never had a problem until it split 2 months ago so got a new pole to replace that one.
