I think they have a point regarding wanting sills cleaned. Theyre paying for a service, you owe them that, too many on here think the customer owes us a living.
So if there was a problem and they were resonable GB would of gone back.
I had one a while ago, sills were green, i did give them a good scrub but i couldnt see up there. Anyway whilst round the back she politely asked if i could wipe the sill again, and she pointed out where was worst, which i did. I did not mind this at all, she was happy i was happy.
They be fair...we'll be fair. Yeh agree, we owe them the service...but everyone makes mistakes...even me, to which i would gladly rectify on them asking to redo them by pointing the problem out.
