Recently purchased a 2man D I system from Pure freedom November 2009 fully fitted £2050 with 1 years warranty.Only had a couple of problems, the digital varistream stopped working was told straight away it was probably a frozen pump, incorrect usage or water damage even before i mentioned the problem.I told them i had swapped controllers over and pump was now working fine so the said part was definitely  faulty which was "eventually" replaced.
2nd fault arose when a pump seized up.I sent this off received it back saying pump was not covered for water ingress but they had re-greased the bearing out of good faith..[runs very noisy now].
Since then had a problem with pump 2 but upon looking at pump casing there is aleast a 2mm gap on one side due to pump housing not being tightened properly..water ingress problem solved.
Think this is quite shoddy work for such a well known company.
Apparently also the warranty covers materials not working parts & not water damage.

                                                 wot a joke

You get what you pay for.
In my opion pure freedom is a cheap system.
Fact :  No way could I afford a ironics systerm when I started
I bought a pure freedom back in October last year, this got me started and I made a living, I have replaced parts for better since and I am aways updating my unit.
I now have a self contained unit in the van which has been running 12 hours a day and never down time going home to refill, My system is making the clean water in the van all day long.

I am now making a safe living.

Thanks PURE FREEDOM ;D ;D ;D ;D

I agree cheap basic system to get you started.I have an engineering background so what ever problems i have encountered i have sorted and adapted it.
But its a case of taking your money and very poor customer after care service.
I wouldn't have much of a business if i had there attitude.

I have to disagree. I got a van system (self-fit) from Pure Freedom early this year and have had no problems. I have also spoken to them on the phone and they are very helpful.

Seems something amiss here as my experience of Purefreedom as a company is first class.

Have had their van mount system nearly three years now with nothing but great service, with replacement filters, resins, etc., all delivered next day without fail if ordered before noon.

Both Andrew Thompson and Andrew Bramley are very helpful and knowledgeable
so something must be amiss here - would recommend them to anyone.

when people say cheap syetems i dont understand iv been cleaning for 6 years waterfed, iv got no over priced posh pure freedoom or inoics system if you get a good pump and not a dital controller your fine all it does is suck water out of a tank in to what i think is to get a good light weight pole all you need i think they all do the same but have different cases they all ice up the same in winter .....
