read a thread on other topic and dazmond prompted a thought for me re customer contact numbers - my round is growing (painfully slowly at times)
so as i have had more come on board im getting a landline no and mob no so i can text if i cant get them on phone, this is fine but thinking about thier email addresses as well im sure most would agree to an occasional newsletter from us
that maybe includes pictures or stories of cleans and other subtle promotion stories that just may lead to increased;
bonding with client
referrals
extra add on work that customer hadnt thought of before.
despite telling a customer what we do and leaflets etc and website etc a newsletter is a constant reminder of what we can offer AND HERES A CLASSIC EXAMPLE OF WHAT I MEAN
I door knocked other day lovely old boy chatted etc he has a wc who does trad who is unreliable with his times apparently they vary so much. his wife moans about this wc but the old boy keeps him tho hes consodering me by keeping my flyer. but check this he knows the wc who does next door with wfp who does his facias and soffits every year why hasnt the trad guy got that and why is he consodering me when there s a regular wfp guy next door - find that bizarre
any thoughts welcome on this rambling babble which i hope makes sense - particlarly as my grammar can beeee awwwful some-x's
