Are they always so hard to get hold of?

Last week i tried calling several times on a few different days, i sent an email and also tried to find them in st austell with no luck.

Does anyone else have any trouble getting hold of them all i want is to get an slx25 from them, acording to there site they are in stock and i wanted to pop over and pick one up but just cant get hold of them.

I understand they must be busy etc but how hard should it be to get in contact with them

it is easier to call down and get one,  a lot of the staff only work pt,  r u going down to moz as weather meant o be crap

If you leave a voicemail message for them to ring you back, I find that they are very good at getting back to you in a reasonable time.

Ok, I know it's basic but, are they on holiday? They usualy post holiday closure dates on the website.

Ye i had left a message but no call back i did try going there on friday but could not find them, is it just a house maybe that is why i could not find them?

no it a proper shop, just not well advertises it is near hardys carpet, on the other sid eof the bridge,  r u going to moz as am going my self, so will show you where it is if you want

Oh I ended up lost in a bunch of houses on Friday when I looked lol stupid sat nav I should be able to find it now I know where to look. I may go down tomorrow not sure yet.

Thanks got my slx 25 this morning and used it today very chuffed with it. It's a great pole and i will be using it on almost all my jobs i imagine
