neverdone one for window cleaning, bradley, but would be interested see your end result.

one option is to ask for the free support you can get from Business Link they could help with it. cashflow forecast, pofit and loss, and the stategy and infrastructure you will write to support your figures (other wise they are just numbers)

good luck

cheers Mark,

I have been in touch with business link and they are very helpful but its wording and understanding the questions, but thanks anyway..

I know it is a long process drawing up a business plan (weeks even)

Every business should have one according to business link....something to work from on a yearly basis...

thanks again for your reply Mark ... ;D ;D

Describe what you are going to do, and the need you percieve for it, the area you are going to do it in etc.How you are going to do it and what resources you are going to need, then do some financials, so many customers at so much and a projected turnover and growth.

Most plans i've seen ask questions and your answers build the picture. They are only essential if you want to be successful, but if you have little interest they probably won't help.A lot of people who scoff at them and do succeed have one in their heads.

Not many people make a lot of money by accident, you have to plan for it.
