My vans refurb in pics

From when i got it about a week ago till today when i finally got it all back in and working.


START












FINISH

Finished today i think it is an improvement.

Looks alot better, whats holding the tank down though? all i can see is strap around it not over it.

Yes nice one Gav, looks tidy.
Put another couple of 5 Ton load straps under the angle iron and through the centre slot of the tank front and back.

how do you get on with the pump that high ? if i have mine up like that i just get airlocks..  :'(

Its not to bad. I did panic when I put all back together and filled tank I watched the water slowly creap up the Pole I thought then oh no I have put it to high but cleaned my house without any problems or air locks.

Looks very tidy mate having your van like that will definately get you work, make sure you leave the back doors open (if its safe to) when youre out working looks proffessional, i bet you was releived when you took the old flooring up and it was solid!! when are you getting the signwriting done?? has TC gone yet?

Thanks, yes I was very relieved think I was just in time as parts had surface rust all sanded down and sorted now

Yep it is a kangoo, I uses protectakote. Good stuff!

on bottom legs of my hosereel i have to planks of wood to help keep it stable
