ionics could get massive publicity out of this i reckon. however if they have one ionic system fitted then  they could be goosed maybe.

they could goto press and say how duncan is using logo and not paying for them etc etc.

for that reason i'm out

On the last video they have the hose out with no warning cones...then the guy on the ladder has it resting on the guttering with no one footing it...Safe contractor may have something to say on that one...not very well thought out for a promotional video ;)

that is very impressive amount of work to gain in a year i deffinately wouldnt want the amount of headache that would go with such growth though.

believe me i wouldnt, that is a vast amount of work to get running smoothly also duncan only invested £100,000 and i think they will need a lot more than that to service that amount of work even if all customers pay within 30 days they will have about 2 million pound owing every month on top of that there is the wage bill this sort of cashflow problem can very easily cripple the business also training and maintaining  good staff on this level will also be extremely difficult especially if health and safety isnt being followed and an accident occurs, i run a reasonable size company with 23 employees and believe me this gives me enough headaches so to suddenly take on the amount of work we are talking about here without steady growth and without trained staff in place then i think they have a big task ahead of them and if they start to loose this work due to poor standards then the money they invested to run the jobs will soon send them bust. I say good luck to them as i definately wouldnt have the balls to take that sort of task on.

They have "pitched" for £27 million worth of contracts, I wonder how much of the £27m they secured? especially when they have several other nationals "pitching" for the same work.

That wouldn't surprise me apparently Levi Roots was quoted as saying he was invited to appear on Dragons Den rather than applying to be on it  ::)
