Hi I have been trying to find somewhere that will offer NVQ training but for less than 6 members of staff.

As there are only 2 of us, sessors won't come out.
I'm starting to wonder if it is a good idea having the assessor watching you work whilst your in someones home, I don't think i'd like that.

hi there,

the best training is on the job training. 

whilst i agree that training is an essential, i wouldnt really loose too much sleep over this.
