Ok all just to update you.
I did the job today and yes i massively undercharged!!! :o

The gutters and fascias were worse than i thought should have looked at them better, it took me almost 3 hours!! a lot of it was the fact it was my first proper job and was learning as i was going really plus my arms half way round went in to shock they have not seen much work for a while lol.

I got totally drenched from doing gutters also what i didn't realise is that my control unit was on max while i was doing gutters etc and yep you guessed it i used 300lt of water i know i know! :'(

Anyway with the gutters etc done i went around all frames and windows which didnt take me to long it was the gutters that took all the work.

After almost three hours the house looked great and the customer was very pleased so i suppose this is the main thing.  The frames did frustrate me though as they were very stained from road traffic gunk etc.

I did explain to her that it would be unlikely it would come off, she seemed happy as long as i got them as clean as possible.

So now sat here with a cold beer in the sun and reminding my self to never undercharge such a job and take my time pricing!!!!

I am going to create my self a little pricing tally guide so when i go and price up a job i will not rush it or blurt out some random figure.

Was a good lesson to be had for my first job though at least i know now  :(

Well done Gav it sounds like it was a learning experience.
Don't underprice jobs when quoting, charge a fair price and do a good quality job.
Your work speed will increase with experience.

defiantly an experience but better to learn these lessons now rather than later ;)

After making my self a little pricing guide to help me stick to pricing properly etc i re evaluated the job and  what i should have charged her was more like £74!

Oh well I know for next time
