I'd want £70 for that but wouldn't be bothered if I got it or not being its a one off, If you haven't got work though any money going in the bank is better than nothing.

i would also charge £1.50 per window as are bigger than the normal ones you get on a 3 bed semi so i think a fair price will be £13
but i'll also add 50 % because it's a first clean and also a one off so total of £20 for windows.
for fascias and gutters i charge £3/m if only the outside and £5/m if also the insides.

its going take more than 1 hour if hes doing boths sides of house and all windows aswell, unless your talking about doing a bodge job that is,if doing it with a pole off the floor then fair enough but still a bodge job in my opinion he wants do a good job so needs use ladders

a bodge job off the floor with a pole?
windows 20 mins and gutters 40 mins max and not a bodge job a top job with pole!
bodge job is when someone turns up with ladders imo!

you make me laugh iv had to clean fascias with a pole over a conny many times and the finish is poop compared to being up a ladder cleaning it off by hand, like a bloke said in an earlier post the dirt will be back in a few months with poles, unless your pole is magic id say the finish would be the same ......crap sorry but iv seen others doing it like this because custy wont pay for it be done right

I'm with you Jackal. I can't see how folks get a proper clean from the ground around gutter brackets etc. I've done em over connie roofs with the pole and it was a struggle. Did one off a ladder Tuesday and you can get your hand right behind the gutter and get all the crap out. Looked mint when it was finished.

ok so my question now is how should I approach this job? Gutters Fascias etc first then frame and windows then just windows to be sure?

Also what brush would be good for gutters and Fascias. I have couple of super lights coming have a couple sill brushes and vikan oval brush.

Guttering then the fascia boards, I would be using a high reach pressure washing lance but as you are using the pole I would recommend a sill brush.
If the frames and sills are bad I would then go round all of these front to back and finally glass.
Mono bristle brushes are good for removing caked on crap.
