paying staff on a 2 man van
« on: August 18, 2010, 05:01:53 pm »
what do you pay your staff,  i only want to know about wc, who doesnt do any knocking, collecting or sorting the van out,  just turns up and goes out with you in a 2 man van, as might have to take someone on, so looking at doing some sums to see if its worth it.

Go for a school leaver.

About £5.50 per hour is very good money for them.

They will be useless for at least a month.

am looking at options,  i rested my back yesterday and went out to day went back to superlite brush and it made a big difference from the vikan, hardly any pain in my back,  so looking at options to carry on with business,  if i can get some one in and have a custy base of 500 then should be able to make it pay, giving me the time off i need to get back looked at each week,
