Well what can I say??? I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! the amount of water saved is VERY noticable in the tank, all those times through the day when water is ping out everywhere and not on glass really do add up. very easy to use and fit, good build quality, love the flouresant pole hose it comes with

Those with harris poles will require the larger version, and will make converting the harris eaven easier, just cut the top, drill the bottom out, job done. Genius!

I switched on and off while extending or collapsing the pole, or moving around a building (makes this much easier) and while walking back to the van, It seemed to make the day more pleasant, less faffing around kinking hose or poping the easy snap to find the water still coming out (you know what I mean).

Quite honestly every pole should have one of these! ours soon will.

The guys at aqua-dapter should call alex gardiner to arrange a deal where his poles can be bought with this as an add on maybe at a small discount.

I predict they will be as popular as the plastic angle addapter we are all used to seeing.

They really do make any trigger or tap a waste of time, there in a different league.

I agree Lee, been saying this for weeks now. Once you fit the Aqua dapter on, you will never look at taps or triggers ever again. They are the missing link for the wfp set up and every pole will have one in 5 years time, they may even come as standard when you purchase your pole.

Stand on the hose and yes it will turn on or off. You soon learn not to stand on the hose and not to get snagged. You can turn it on or off with your index finger at the brush so any mistakes can be sorted quickly.

I really cant see any downsides at all, but then it is the first day, I guess the pump may where out quicker or something like that. I loved using it today, it really is the missing link in wfp.

I mean on the very first house I cleaned today the potential was obvious,,,,,, its when you have done the whole day and realise just how much water we are all wasting.

you wont need the link just you tube aqua-dapter. its like a pull cord light switch, pull-water on pull-water off.

i use a pole tap and find it ok and save loads of water but its the pole hose loop that gets on my nerves some days!!

i use between 200L-300L per full day(6-7 hours "on the glass").i do trad some downstairs work most days though.


does it add weight at the top end of the pole and do you find the cable hose bit at the top a bit of a pain??

nice one lee thanks for the hands on review. i said when i first saw it that its a great concept.
haven't yet parted with the cash though.

anyone any ideas re. connections to pole hose. is it still necessary to have rectus/quick release?

The system i recently bought has a remote wired to the flow control almost like a car alarm fob its great dont think it is standard the guy i got it off must have wired it in but its amazing great range! just push the on button on the remote and out comes water ready to move around house and push off button.

range seems to be very good although have not done and big houses yet that would totaly obstruct the van out of range we will see.

my old partner done the same with a wireless door bell. had the button in his pocket and used to switch the flow on and off from his pocket. the switch was at the top of the pole like this aqua adaptar. i'm not sure how he done it but it worked

Has anyone fitted one to Brodex Hydra alloy poles - specifically the 18ft (as this is my everyday pole). Also did you need to dispense with the metal pole end fitment.
