Do you clean these free of charge while there or charge good £ for the alarm box and do the windows for free?

I set them off, and it does not go down well when the customer specially asked me to phone so she could switch them off if I was coming and she was away for a few days so the neighbours were none to pleased either. Surprised I still have that job now.
