Does anyone put a free advert on Gumtree and do you get any response ?

I think it depends on where you live, we have gumtree glasgow, edinburgh, dundee and I live nowhere near any of them

i am currently advertising in glasgow and edinburgh for window cleaning and gutter cleaning (both high level) and they have had a few hits already. ;)

i advertised on gumtree every week always get one job but lots of idots expecting work done for  pennys   ;D ;D

ive only tried gumtree free one time ,no joy .  as said above i think it attracts the penny pinchers ,the ones who will toss you a 50pence piece if you include the gutters

wot u dont know about gumtree is that GOOGLE pick up the keywords in your advert....free S.E.O

i just this second posted an ad in gumtree and already its showing up in google.
