get the tank in the centre of the van , it will be easyer to drive it when loaded with water.
if you want you could get 500 ltr tank in that van

Managed to get the video to run, but without being rude, I can't understand why you have filmed the inside of your van and sent it to youtube  :-\  There's nothing special about the system you have in fact it's at the very bottom end of the Brodex range and it's not been installed with any great thought to either vehicle loading or ergonomics.

"Reach & Wash" is a copyrighted name belonging to Ionics, illegal use of the phrase can result in prosecution, I know Ionics are very hot on this and do follow up first warnings with legal action, I'd be careful what you are branding yourself as.

i think his set up looks ok apart from tank not central and too small for a van that size.too many poles if he works on his own!diy light ladders on the right of his roof rack(trade ladders best IMO!)

brodex brushes are not the best either..................................apart from that..........its great!!! ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

his commentary needs a bit more work.him sayin "ok?"every other word is just irritating and as for him going on a about his hose tap at the end as if its something really revolutionary is laughable!!

What an odd set up.
Enough gear for a small team to work but only enough water to last one man till lunchtime.

Leights,

How often do you find you are changing your DI resin to keep your water TDS at 000ppm ?  and what size is your DI vessel ?

Cheers

The payload is 500 kg as I used to have the same van about 6 years ago,I am really suprised at Brodex fitting it to one side or did he fit it himself, surely that is dangerous,I'm not a clever cloggs or anything but have a bit of common sense.I think the Brodex systems and poles are good as a mate has the system but the brushes are total rubbish, when I got my alloy hydra poles I changed the inner tubing and brush heads.

It aint that bad guys? Some of you need to chill right out!

Why are you being snobby to a brodex system? They aint cheap, i really like them to be honest, very well designed.

Yeh you got ALOT of poles dude, why, i have 18ft one i use all day long and a suplite. Dont need all them to be honest but handy to have i suppose for different jobs.

@ Jack, 250 is ample for one man, and as he said in video, he can fill up at customers if needed. I have a 400l in mine and i did my best day ever yesterday and still had about 100 litres left!

Give him a break, thanks for uploading video and sharing with us.  ;)

thanks all for the comments, il take on board SOME.

the tank is on the side and does not effect the driving or suspension and is fixed by myself not brodex.
it is a 11 lt not inch my fault, shoot me, lol.

it lasts for 4 hours then i have to refill, i change my resin every 8 weeks when it goes to around 3 or 4 tops, hey it does me i have 2 vans not 3 like i have said now twice and both fitted out with 250 di's, makes me a good living so why do i need state of the art???? 8) 8)
better than all the rest

as for the poles i only have 3, one 26 ft one 18 and one 12, the other 2 are for gutter cleaning as i dont wreck my window poles on the gutters unlike some window cleaners. haha, the 2 poles on the side are just ext poles for washers and squegges for the odd windows on my round which are high but to low for ladders, id call it planning ahead my self.
thanks anyway for the bad advice from some ??? ::)

Leights, I can see your reasoning behind seperate poles for dirty work, it makes good sense. I do the same just dont carry them all the time to cut down weight.
How do you manage with such a small tank? dont you find 250 runs out fairly quick? or do you fill up twice a day?

I managed just fine with a 250l tank for year or so and sometimes just refilled at lunch time, it was not problem being di only

Leights - you've spelled fascia wrong on your van.

I have a Brodex 250L DI and Brodex poles and brushes.  The system, poles and brushes have been fine (apart from one pole I find too heavy) and I do what Stu-Mac did, refill at lunch.  Brodex fitted mine in the centre as you'd expect, it also allows me to use the side door to change the resin. ;D
