also im getting a free replacement supalite mono brush as my other one is frayed at the ends after 2 weeks!bad batch they said.

excellent service gardiners!should get my pole within 2-3 weeks hopefully.

i hoping ill be able to use it as my main pole for run of the mill work both for upper 1st floor windows and ground floor without having to swap poles.

im noticing im straining my arms a bit using the 25ft alloy hydra esp if i use it for ground floor as well!!its also just over 6ft closed length!!

any of you guys got one of these poles?or a 22ft slx?

do you find it ok for most standard work and is it long enough for most windows over connies/flat roofs?

Good call pal but I doubt you wait more than 3 days of they are in. Stock.
You may find your clx 22 will reach most of your work the brodex  does.

Got the 22"slx it reaches 3 floors on some jobs.
But mine has been a nightmare constantley having to adjust clamps everytime i extend or lower, at the moment iam not using it because it slows me down.
Recieved some new nuts for clamps this morning hope this cures it

ive got one, fantastic pole and a superb closed length, you wont believe how light they are daz, i used to have the hydro pole like yourself and my arms got tired towards the end of the day, mainly shoulders, with the SLX i feel great and it does 3 stories as well as above 90% of connys

day 2 for me with the slx - can't believe the difference, fit as a butchers dog at the end of the day too, compared with totally knackered before.

Havn't got the 22 ft but got the 18 and the 27, i think they're the dogs. I could (do!) use them as an everyday pole. You must do some with deep connys, i get nearly all of mine above connys with the 18.

it so much the deep ones, its the ones with the roofs that pitch in the middle, dont know the word for them or cant think of it but its because of the roof in the middle that i cant get the height, no point in me saying i can do everything when i obviously cant, i know it may be hard for you to realise this but i aint perfect

still at least a know its payed for and on its way soon!!


yeh ste i dont know how a lot of the guys use an 18footer for their standard work.i find i always need the extra 4ft-6ft to stop me needing to get the ladders off esp for windows above a flat roof!

its cos where up north Daz, the houses are bigger as were in a affluent area, no council houses like down south

mines the 25 foot for that reason and because I've some 2 & half storey (the ones with the dormer in the roof) and 3 storey town houses.
