Ok just a quickie, was wondering what others use to clean the black that seems to be always round skirtings boards on new builds? It seems to me to be the dust from breezeblocks and a right pain in the arse.

i think you are describing filteration/draft marks not dust from breeze blocks?  i use ultrapac when i come across this problem with good results,followed by an explanation to the customer that this problem will come back until the cause is sorted out

I use citrus concentrate from restoremate for draft marks these days its the nuts

it can't be filtration marks on a new build, but also once the wall are plastered then any dust from the breezeblocks will be locked in

maybe a collection of dust which as built up from all snagging that happens on new houses

I also use the same product as mark and have found it great on the marks..

I also use Ultrapac and I've also got some 'Filter Out' from Prochem.  Multi Pro from Prochem is pretty good too.
