6 - good riddance

Why! if they were a problem then why did you not dump them when you were trad! if you were trad?

Would they not accept wfp if so then why blame the customer!

What you have to remember is you are selling a service using wfp if the customer dont like it then they wont have it,
Would you buy something you did not like!

our service is to provide clean windows. they were sparkling. 1st clean. so sod em

I lost a few long standing elderly customers, a lot of this is my own fault in getting WFP lazy and doing everything with the brush.
It's worth taking the time to do front doors trad, some people hate having a wet front door step, and drips in the house when they open the door to pay.

It was a while back but I think I probably lost about 5 and dumped about 10 initially.  I did have a higher than usual level of mystery cancellations in the first year of WFP too - some of which may have been due to them disliking WFP.

6 - good riddance  ;D

1 - leaky georgian frames and I refused to use a ladder for them.
2 - good riddance - anti-wfp luddites

But I've gained loads more.
It's a game of three halves!

I lost one and I offered to trad her if it was a problem. She was a very neurotic custy anyway so she said she found some one cheaper.I was happy as she would cancel on the doorstep and I did not like that at all.But since I have changed I have had plenty growth.

I lost a few when I first started wfp 3 years ago. This was because then I was using di only and not changing resin when I should av done. Those were my learning days. Though with this job you learn something new every day.

Never lost any!

Any customer that did not like WFP was marched out and shot and the better priced jobs were returned to traditional window cleaning.

At the end of the day the customer is king/queen and it is up to you how much you want to keep the work or lose it.

I have personally never come across a domestic customer who have said they prefer WFP over the way i have cleaned their windows over the previous years, maybe i am doing something wrong but i have had a WFP for seven years now and i would like to think i got the hang of it.

The thought going round my head as i drive away from a domestic WFP job is i hope the upstair windows dry up nice where before i knew they were clean.
