I had a call back as mentioned with a previous thread and today the letting agent wanted a word today....
"Do you steam clean carpets? She asks.
"Well, sometimes steam is present"
"Oh, it's just that we use another carpet cleaner as well as yourself and he uses steam!"
"I thought Fred Dibnah was dead?" I chuckled..
"Yes, quite. Are you sure your method is thorough enough because we've noticed that in comparisson to the other c/c, you leave carpets much drier, so surely you aren't using as much water!"
I can't repeat what I said, but I even managed to make my own swear words up....
