Been using a brodex since last November..no problems whatsoever. In my eyes, an excellent pole.

Only thing Ive done is replaced brush with a supalite

i had one of the fibre poles load of crap , sent me the alloy last week everything ok at the moment , i think if your heavy handed with the clamps they will break . they are not very strong they need to modify it a bit.

ill defo second that - alloy hyrdas are great poles! not had a single prob - brush aint hreat and pole hose isnt the best but the actual pole itself is really good and looks like it will last for years - had mine 8 months and all good as new.

sounds like they may have a dodgy batch maybe??
