Hi Justin,
used mine firts time today on EOT trashed carpet, required hot water and that is what I got, I was very impressed,the hot water made light work of a gruby carpet, so nothing bad to say about the heater but it's early days yet.

Yes I did, that is a must as the temperature can reach about 90 o C , its about £2.50 per meter so I had enough to cover the 1st 25 ft of solution hose. Its not a lot of money to protect the customers carpet.
