your ro will work wth tap tds being 358 , as tomy says make sure your filters are seated properly .
if the filters are fine check the membranes .

might not mean much, but if TDS in is the same TDS out than maths would say there is no waste water coming out?

What goes in must come out

turn the tap on the ro into a backflush position and see if any waste comes out then , is there any chance you could post a photo on here of the unit to show the pipe work .

What's the TDS of the water that comes out of the orange pipe ?
I can remember when waking up stiff in the morning was a good thing.

what size is this ro unit . im starting to think that its only a small unit with 2x prefilters 1x di & 1 x membrane and that the water coming from the orange pipe is coming out a drip at a time .

Me thinks that the orange pipe is the pure water and the blue pipe is the waste!!
