Hi,
My feedback (remember that web design is an art not a science - so it's mainly personal preference):
Content-wise the site is excellent. Everything where it should be and I really like your open, honest, positive information on the site. (It's refreshing to see realistic and honest appraisals of likely drying times for HWE).
My only negative would be the use (or lack) of colour to add impact - it's a rather conservative, traditional looking site. (That in itself is not a criticism, perhaps it is comensurate with your target audience). I really don't like the 'doom blue' that's been used for the menu bar at the top - something lighter, brighter and adding more impact would have been better. I'm also not sure that the maroon in your logo goes with this blue.
Again, it's really just down to taste - I don't intend to hijack your thread but if you take a quick peek at my site, you'll see what I mean about colour use and impact:-
www.carpetzest.co.uk My site is not perfect and objectively no better or worse than yours or anyone elses, I'm mainly just demonstrating how lighter, brighter colours and branding can give a more modern feel. But yours and my offerings are very different, so it may well be that the type of conservative presentation you've gone for will work best for your business.
All really just thoughts out loud - hope you don't mind! I'd say again that I think the written content of your site is excellent. First Class.
Kind regards,
David
