You could simply offer 1 hours free window cleaning for 1 property. I wouldn't have any rules attached. If it happens to be somewhere you don't cover simply pay for one of the local lads to do it.

I do a charity raffle about 3 times a year for the local school, a clean to the value of £75.00 in the local area (20mile radius), so if it would normally be a £10 clean i'll round it up and clean it 8 times every 4 weeks, ive picked up a lot of work doing this and the winner always becomes a regular when theyve had there free cleans, oh and i now clean the school twice a year in and out ;D

That sounds like a good idea to me. No conditions, nice and simple.
