does anyone use a work sheet for builders cleans
ie a list of the works to be done  like wipe down skirtings hoover carpets etc

so both client and operative know exactly what to do

they seem to be getting more cunning
im being asked to quote with no spec on a number of projects
all i get is clean  to a acceptable standard
im itemising everything i allow for but it takes time

also im getting a lot of return visits due to the amount of snagging which takes place after the building has been cleaned im not complaining as its easy money
ive been asked to price sparkle cleans as a fixed price
i know someone else charges 55 % of the contract clean quote
does this sound about right
