Working away quite happily yesterday afternoon, when I hear a voice round by the van "How much for a 3 bed bungalow"
As I'm getting rough idea of layout of this guys place a couple of people walking by see the van and interrupt asking if I do the other side of town.
I quickly say yes I do and to hang on a sec and I would be with them, start writing down the first guys details when another couple stop to talk to these people who they seemed to know and start explaining why they are standing by my van!
Without drawing breath this third party ask if I can call on them as their chap hasn't been seen since before xmas! :
With the situation looking more like a wind up I had to take a look around and check, as having 3 partys more or less queing for your services did look quite bazar, felt like the ice cream man.
Result from that meeting, all 3 sorted and on the list. Funny how they come along sometimes.
